À travers la danse créative, le jeu, l’expression corporelle, et la conscience corporelle, les participants prendront part à ce voyage de découverte de soi par la danse et le mouvement créatif.
Chaque séance utilise différentes techniques qui permettent l’expression créative et l’intégration sociale, physique et émotionnelle de la personne.
Les participants acquerront des compétences en expression créative, en conscience émotionnelle, en empathie et en conscience de soi.
Program Description
Using creative dance, play, physical expression, and body awareness kids will take part in this journey of self-discovery through creative dance and movement.
Each session uses different techniques that allow the creative expression and the social, physical, and emotional integration of the individual.
Participants will gain skills in creative expression, emotional awareness, empathy, and self-awareness.
