Immerse yourself in one-of-a kind movement experiences. No choreography, no specific style. Just a personal and collective transformation experience led by your body and movement. Instead of focusing on how you look when you move (technique), these workshops make you focus on how you feel when you move (Healing Dance).
Not many things are more vulnerable than dancing and moving freely. It is a full-body exposure of some of the deepest parts of you.
This is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to see what happens when you quiet down your mind and let your body and spirit come to life.

What to Expect In The Healing Dance Workshop?
Sessions cover different themes (connection, body language, presence, intuition, etc.). By combining solo, partner, and group explorations you will explore and find your inner truth through movement within the richness of a group setting.
As a professionally trained Dance/Movement Therapist and dancer, I strive to provide a safe space to help you unfold and express these different parts of you, while feeling held and supported.
Healing Dance is a journey for your mind, body, and spirit, accompanied by great music! Suitable for all levels. No dance or movement experience necessary.
